Halyna Polischuk

Halyna Polischuk is an energetic, seasoned events & fundraising professional. Starting her career as an event coordinator at the City of Kitchener and then moving to Toronto where she managed an international events company. Soon after, she found her way into the world of philanthropy, specifically sponsorship and major gifts. She was able to flex her event muscles through sponsorship activations and stewardship events. Halyna has worked with a variety of event types and sizes ranging from large scale festivals and trade shows, to mid-sized galas to smaller scale networking events.

Halyna’s strengths lie in strategizing, planning and relationship management. Her articulate eye to detail and methodical way of communicating leads to stress-free, seamless event & project execution.

Halyna’s energetic and positive attitude is contagious. She approaches a stressful situation with a calm, get-it-done attitude. Meticulous when it comes to the details and ensuring everything is covered. She’s quick to think on her feet and inventive should the situation call for it. She gets to know her clients thoroughly to ensure she is delivering on expectations.

Covid-19 challenged everyone to think outside the box and alter their way of working. Halyna was quick to adapt to alternative event formats including virtual events, socially distanced activations, and hybrid experiences that can maintain a level of interaction and fun during these unprecedented times.
