Whether we act for a family, a product, a company or a cause, our work embraces experiences that integrate innovative design with the finest in wine and cocktails, dining, music, entertainment, networking and cause fundraising.

  • End-End Event Coordination - we’re here for you every step of the way!

  • Event Consultation & Strategy - you need us to help get you started but you got the rest.

  • Day-of Event Coordination - you’re good with planning but need someone to execute so you can focus on having fun!

  • Sponsorship Program Development - you need to raise some event support and need a pitch and a plan…I got you.

The Process.

We recognize that every client has different needs. We work with you to create a customized experience and profile. We offer a variety of services so that we can be as involved as you need us to be!

Get started

Step 1: Let’s Chat!

 

Online or in-person - let’s meet and get to know each other. A 30-minute free consultation where I can get to know what you are planning for, what type of services you need, and when you’re planning it for. This is also a great time for you to get to know me and ask any questions you may have!

 

Step 2: Quotation Time!

 

After our consultation, I will transform your needs into a service contract which will include pricing, inclusions and a schedule of work. You will receive the contract for review within 48 hours of our consult. You will have 48 hours to review.

Let’s get it right - I allow for an opportunity to make changes to the service contract twice. After the second set of changes, the contract is final and will require a signature.

 

Step 3: Let’s Do This!

 

Signatures have been made and the exciting part begins! Let’s start with an hour long kick-off meeting where we will create a detailed schedule, let imaginations soar and make magic happen.
